Hi, I'm Jayna.

I'm a Product Manager and UX/UI Designer with over three years of experience designing digital products that create meaningful experiences for users while driving business impact. My background in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University has shaped the way I approach design—leading with empathy, curiosity, and a deep understanding of how people think, behave, and interact with technology.

Throughout my career at Dell Technologies, I've grown from UX Intern to UX/UI Designer and now Product Manager, giving me a unique perspective on the entire product development process. I've designed user-centered experiences, conducted usability testing, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and helped deliver solutions that improve both customer experiences and business outcomes. Today, I continue to blend design thinking with product strategy, leveraging emerging technologies like AI to solve complex problems and create intuitive, impactful experiences.

When I'm not designing, you'll probably find me experimenting with a new recipe or baking something for friends and family—one of my favorite ways to express creativity and bring people together. I also love staying active through running, strength training, and HYROX, and I'm always looking for my next challenge. I also love traveling the world and admiring all the beauty! Before beginning my career in tech, I was a Division I golfer at Vanderbilt University, where I developed the resilience, discipline, and teamwork that continue to influence how I approach design and collaboration.

I believe the best products are built by understanding people first, and I'm passionate about creating experiences that are thoughtful, accessible, and genuinely make life a little easier.
