One Configuration Navigation
Dell's One Configuration experience helps customers customize and purchase their devices, but the navigation structure created challenges in helping users easily understand where they were in the configuration journey and how to access key product options.
The goal of this project was to redesign the navigation experience to create a more intuitive, streamlined shopping flow that reduced friction and helped customers confidently customize their devices.
Through user research, usability testing, and iterative design, I explored improvements to information hierarchy, navigation patterns, and content organization. The redesigned experience focused on making configuration steps easier to discover, improving product transparency, and creating a smoother path from product exploration to purchase.
The final designs were created in Figma and incorporated user feedback to improve usability, consistency, and overall e-commerce experience across Dell's customization journey.
